Twenty three years ago I founded SADIE’S COUNTRY & GOURMET KITCHEN. SADIE’S is an off premise catering company. All of our foods are prepared from scratch using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. Yes, each and everything on our menu is prepared by my staff and me for the exception of our cheese cakes and bread pudding. These items are prepared by two close friends who are excellent bakers and share the same cooking passion as I do. All other baking is done by me as this is my expertise.
SADIE’S, has always had a fantastic staff. Our back of the house cooking personnel has learned to perform the culinary skills that I require. The front of the house wait staff is skilled in knowing just how to make the room beautiful and the tables fit for kings and queens. Arnold, our bartender has been on duty for 14 years. He is the best mixologist ever and such an even personality. Our clients think he is the best. We are proud of our staff!
